Terms and Conditions

By making a booking on our website or staying at Taman Senang, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

Animals

Pets are not allowed in our hotel. Cats reside in the outdoor area of Taman Senang and are fed daily by our staff. Please do not let the cats into the rooms or feed them.

Cancellation / Modification

Bookings are subject to the cancellation policy applicable at the time of booking, as stated on the voucher. Once guests have checked in, bookings are non-refundable. Taman Senang is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes.

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-In Time: 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm (Late check-in available upon request).

• Luggage Storage: Free of charge on the check-in and check-out days at the guest’s own risk.

• No Show: Guests must check in before 8:00 am the following day. If unable to do so, contact us before this time to confirm a later arrival. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of the booking and a No-Show fee.

• Payment: If no advance payment has been made, the booking amount is due upon arrival. A passport or ID card (for Indonesian residents) must be presented upon check-in, and the identity must match the booking.

• Check-Out Time: 7:00 am to 10:30 am (Early check-out available upon request). Late check-out must be confirmed by our front desk and is subject to availability. Late check-out fees of up to 100% of the nightly rate may apply. Guests who do not check out on time without approval will be removed from the room by management.

 Children

• Children under 6 years of age cannot be accommodated.

• Persons under 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

• For safety reasons, do not leave children unattended in guest rooms or allow them to roam the hotel property unsupervised.

• Extra beds are not available; rooms/villas accommodate a maximum of 2 people.

Damage to Property

Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or any person for whom they are responsible.

Drugs

We have a strict NO DRUG policy. Failure to comply will result in immediate eviction from the hotel with no refund. 

Found Items

Taman Senang is not liable for lost or forgotten items. However, items found by housekeeping after departure (excluding perishables) will be securely kept for up to 30 days. Efforts will be made to notify the guest. Perishable items, underwear, and miscellaneous toiletries will be discarded. 

Free Wi-Fi Access

Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. Please ask the front desk for your password. For multiple devices, request a second password. We strive to provide a good connection, but internet speed may vary due to weather and provider limitations.

Payment

We accept cash in Indonesian Rupiah and credit cards (VISA, MasterCard). Bank transfers or WISE are available for advance payments.

Pool

Pool hours are from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. Outside these hours, please be considerate. Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted in the pool.

Smoking, Candles, Essential Oils, Incense

Smoking, and the use of candles, essential oils, or incense inside rooms is prohibited. Smoking is allowed in public areas or outside rooms, provided it does not disturb other guests. A cleaning fee of 2,000,000 IDR will be charged for violations.

Safety

Guests should use the safety box to store valuables. Ensure doors are locked when leaving the room or while sleeping. We accept no liability for lost or stolen items.

Visitors

Visitors must be registered at the Front Desk upon arrival. Visitors staying after 10:00 pm may incur an extra person charge. Visitors must adhere to house rules and may be asked to leave at any time by our staff.
